By accessing or using Voice Production AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You may use Voice Production AI only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you generate, including ensuring you have rights to any voice samples you upload for cloning. You may not use the Service to create fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal content.

Free plan output is for personal, non-commercial use only. Pro and Scale plan output may be used commercially under a worldwide, perpetual licence, except for training competing AI models.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly; cancellation takes effect at the next billing date.
